[Method] We carried out text mining(quantitative text analysis)on reflective reports written by students involved in event planning after their implementation. We attempted to extract which situations they grew in. [Results] It was shown that the students learned many things in their \"connections with fellow students.\" Specifically, ① even students who were not initially proactive understood the importance of acting proactively through the experience. ② Through experiencing various problems of varying scales, they also learned about the importance of preparation and sharing information.
