University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"PDF","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的：非正規雇用看護師の就業上のニーズを質的記述的に明らかにする。\n方法：２施設４名の非正規雇用看護師を対象に、半構成的面接法によるインタビューを実施した。調査内容は、非正規雇用を選択した理由、職務内容、就業上の困難、正規雇用看護師との連携、教育研修内容とそれに対する思い等とし、質的記述的に分析した。\n結果：本研究の対象看護師は、４名全員が子どもを有しており、最初に就業した病院を離職後、数年の休職期間を経て、新たな病院へ再就業していた。業務内容は、勤務時間により受け持ちまたは外来業務、またはフリー業務であった。非正規雇用として再就業する過程で生じるニーズとして、『家庭と両立できる職場と看護師としての成長』『看護師としての能力に自信をつける病棟全体の指導体制』が抽出され、カテゴリは各時期により５つの過程に分類された。非正規雇用看護師の就業特性によるニーズとして『家庭と仕事の両立』『正規雇用看護師との良好な関係性』『患者情報の不足に対する情報の共有』『多様な働き方に配慮した師長のマネジメント』『看護師としての能力を発揮できる満足感』『自分らしく看護師として働き続けたい思い』が抽出された。\n考察：非正規雇用看護師が新たに就業を開始する時期は、非正規雇用を選択した個々の家庭事情に応じた相談の機会を設け、看護師としてのキャリアが継続できるよう、配置部署の調整や、部署内の研修といった看護マネジメントが求められる。また、非正規雇用看護師の就業特性によるニーズに対して、家庭と仕事の両立への葛藤をできるだけ軽減できるよう業務を調整し、正規雇用看護師との良好な関係性が築けるような働きかけや、看護師としての能力を発揮できるような師長のマネジメント遂行能力が必要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"聖徳大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12915679","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{"affiliationNameIdentifierScheme":"ISNI","affiliationNameIdentifierURI":"http://www.isni.org/isni/"}],"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationNameLang":"ja"}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"滝,
