A questionnaire survey involving staff members (n = 338) from early childhood education facilities across the nation\nwas conducted. Analysis revealed that the Teamwork Perception Scale features a four-factor model, which includes \"Collaborative Organizational Culture,\" \"Active Collaborative Learning,\" \"Engagement in Change and Problem Solving,\" and \"Shared Vision.\" The Job Satisfaction Scale, on the other hand, exhibited a unifactorial structure.
