４シグナル抑制分子の検索を目的とした。【方法】TLR ４/CD14/MD2-HEK293 細胞及びRAW264.7 細胞を用い、LPS/TLR ４シグナルに対する乳清の阻害効果を調べた。【結果】乳清溶液では、LPS/TLR ４シグナルを介した、TLR ４/CD14/MD2-HEK293 細胞でのSEAP 発現、及びRAW 264.7 細胞接着の阻害が確認された。さらに、Superdex 75 10/300 GL クロマトグラフィーにより、LPS 刺激で誘導されるTLR ４/CD14/MD2-HEK293 細胞のSEAP 発現、及びRAW264.7 細胞からのTRAP 陽性多核巨細胞の形成を抑制する、proteinase K 感受性の分子量約7,000 の画分が得られた。【結論】乳清中に、従来報告のない分子量約7,000のLPS/TLR whey.　【Procedure】TLR４/CD14/MD2-HEK293 and RAW264.7 cells were used to examine the inhibitory effect of whey on LPS/TLR４ signal transduction.【Results】In whey lysates, inhibition of SEAP expression in TLR４/ CD14/MD2-HEK293 cells via LPS /TLR４ signals, as well as inhibition of RAW264.7 cell adhesion via LPS/TLR４ signals was confirmed.　Furthermore, Superdex 75 10/300 GL chromatography yields a proteinase K sensitive fraction with a molecular weight of approximately 7,000 that suppresses LPS stimulated expression of SEAP in TLR４/CD14/MD2-HEK293 cells and also suppresses LPS stimulated formation of TRAP-positive multinuclear giant cells from RAW264.7 cells.【Conclusion】In this study, we discovered the existence of LPS/TLR４ signal suppressor molecule of about 7,000 in cow
