大学看護学科1 ~ 4 年を対象に、無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した。A 大学の状況設定シミュレーションの目標や事前学習等の評価等について、4段階で回答を求めた。「そう思う」「ややそう思う」を肯定的回答、「あまりそう思わない」「思わない」を否定的回答として、学年別の差をみるため、χ2検定を行った。〔結果〕状況設定シミュレーションの目標に対する評価では、「SBAR を用いて報告できるようになった」は、学年間に有意差があり、学年が上がるにつれて肯定的回答が上昇していた。事前に提示された課題以外に、関連する知識や技術演習をしてきた学生ほど、デブリーフィングでの積極的な発言や主体的参加、ディスカッションへの集中等が高い傾向にあることがわかった。デブリーフィングは、「学習内容が深まった」の評価は高かったが、「積極的に発言できた」の評価は他の項目と比較して低かった。学内でシミュレーションを経験して、「実習で患者に接する際のイメージができた」学生は多かったが、「緊張感が軽減できた」「看護をする自信がついた」学生は約70%前後に留まった。〔考察〕A 大学の状況設定シミュレーションの目標は概ね達成されていた。「SBAR
