| 内容記述 | 要旨 特別支援教育においては、障害のある児童生徒と障害のない児童生徒が共に学ぶことを追求するインクルーシブ教育が推進されている。2017 年に公示された特別支援学校小学部・中学部学習指導要領においても、幼稚園、小学校、中学校、高等学校の教育課程との連続性を重視する観点から、知的障害教育の各教科等の目標・内容の示し方を改善したところである。しかし、各教科等の一本化を図ることについては将来の課題として残された。そこで本稿では、知的障害教育における「教科」の取扱いを中心に検討し、小学校等の各教科も含めて人間発達の基本的な筋道に沿って目標・内容の再構成を図り、最も初期の発達段階から「教科」として取り扱う方向を提言した。そのことにより、自立活動を主体とした教育課程を適用してきた重度・重複障害の児童生徒に対しても、教科を含めた教育指導もできると考えられた。 |

| 内容記述 | Abstract In special needs education, inclusive education is being promoted in pursuit of learning together between children with disabilities and children without disability. Based on importance of continuity in curriculum between preschools, elementary schools, junior high schools, and senior high schools, the goals and the contents of each subject for children with disabilities have been improved in the government course of study for elementary schools and junior high schools for special need education, which is published in 2017. However, such unification of subjects remains to be elucidated. Therefore, this paper focuses on the subjects in intellectual disability education and the processes to reconstruct its goals and contents on the way of basic human development, Furthermore, we proposed the necessity of treatment of children with intellectual disability by offering “subjects” from the earliest stage of life. This enables us to provide subjectbased education to children with severe multiple disabilities whom self-support activity based education had been applied. |
