| 内容記述 | 要旨 本研究では，わが国の児童養護施設においてアタッチメント形成が重視されてこなかった経過と児童虐待の増加によって注目されるようになった歴史を振り返り，先行研究から児童養護施設におけるアタッチメント形成の意義と留意点を探った。その結果を踏まえ，アタッチメント形成の際に生ずるであろう課題とその克服の方向性を検討した。すなわち，担当職員に子どもとの信頼関係を継続していこうとする自覚が必要であること，その特定の関係性を施設全体の取り組みとすること，担当職員の問題の抱え込みや孤立化を防ぐためチームワーク・情報の共有が重要であることが考えられた。 |

| 内容記述 | Abstract In children’s homes in Japan, attachment formation has never been emphasized. However, since reports of child abuse have increased, attachment formation has become more important. From previous studies, we explored the meaning of and the attention to attachment formation in children’s homes. Based on the results of our literature search, when an attachment between a care worker and child is formed, problems can arise and we considered ways to identify and avoid these problems. Care workers should work on consciously continuing their relationship with the child. Furthermore, essential issues should focus on the problems faced during care worker-child relationships, including those tackled through teamwork and sharing of information by all care workers at the children’s home. These measures may help prevent accumulation of stress and isolation in care workers. |
