| 内容記述 | 子どもの豊かな感性を育むとされている味覚教育は，教育者の在り方が重要だとされる。Tsuyukubo et al. は「味覚教育研修」に参加した教員の意識に，受講前後の変容があったことを報告している。本研究はそれに寄与した要因について，質的な観点から明らかにすることを目的とした。対象者15 名にインタビュー調査を実施し発語分析を行った結果，変容の要因は以下のことが考えられた。（1）自分自身が体験して実感し表現したこと，（2）講師J. ピュイゼが受講者の感じたことを常に受容したこと，（3）J. ピュイゼが受講者と一緒に味わって表現したこと，（4）受講者がJ. ピュイゼの表現と自分自身で感じたことを比較して，感じて表現することの重要性を実感したことである。これらは，研修を通して各々が教育者としての在り方を省察したことから生じた変容であると推察された。今後，味覚教育者の養成において，教育者の意識に実感を伴った働きかけをしていくことが重要だと考えられる。 | |||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 【Objective】Taste education, which is considered to develop rich sensibilities in children, is said to be heavily influenced by educators’ qualities. Tsuyukubo et al. conducted a survey of teachers who participated in the “Taste Education Training,”, and reported that there was a transformation in teachers’ awareness before and after the course. This study examined the factors that contributed to this transformation from a qualitative perspective. 【Methods】15 people were interviewed for details of their transformation before and after their participation in the seminar, and their speech was analysed. 【Results・Conclusion】The interviews revealed the following conclusions. (1) One of the factors in the transformation was due to participant’s experiences and realizations from attending the training. (2) The instructor, J. PUISAIS, was always receptive to what the participants felt. (3) J. PUISAIS tasted and expressed with the participants.(4) The participants compared J. PUISAIS's expressions with their own feelings and realised the importance of feeling and expressing themselves. The change in participants’ awareness after the training was due to their reflection on their qualities as educators through the training. In the development of taste educators in the future, working on educators’ awareness based on their realizations may be important. |
